Dr. Bell joined the North Phoenix Heart Center in 2007.

Dr. Bell decided to go to medical school after working as an accountant for several years. He attended the University of Pennsylvania to complete his pre-medical studies and received his medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. He pursued his Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship at Garden City Hospital, a member of the Michigan State University Statewide Campus System, in suburban Detroit.

During training Dr. Bell was appointed to the position of Chief Resident in Internal Medicine and Chief Fellow in Cardiology. He also completed the Internal Medicine Faculty Development Fellowship Program at Michigan State University and received the Educational Internal Medicine Resident of The Year Award. Dr. Bell founded the Garden City Hospital Cardiovascular Disease lecture series that is presented at the Michigan Osteopathic Medical Association’s annual meeting.

Dr. Bell performs and interprets cardiac catheterizations and angiograms, transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms, electrocardiograms as well as, exercise, chemical and nuclear stress tests.

Dr. Bell is AOBIM board certified in Internal Medicine and is board eligible in Cardiovascular Diseases.

Dr. Bell serves on the Chest Pain Committee at John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital. He also serves on the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association.
